When you send a project inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, project location, desired timeline, and project details.

If you apply for a position, we may collect your contact details, résumé, employment history, qualifications, and any other information you include with your application.

Our hosting and analytics services process limited technical information when you visit the website, such as the page viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser, operating system, device type, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the website.

Information submitted through the website may be used to:

• Review and respond to project or general inquiries.
• Coordinate follow-up with the appropriate FABCA contact.
• Assess whether an opportunity is a fit for FABCA's services.
• Review job applications and communicate with applicants.
• Protect the website and forms from abuse or automated traffic.
• Understand and improve aggregate website usage.
• Meet legal, security, and record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry or application information for unrelated marketing.

We limit access to personal information to authorized FABCA personnel who need it for the purposes described in this policy. Project inquiries and applications are not shared with project partners.

We use Vercel to host the website, provide aggregate analytics, and protect forms from automated abuse; Sanity to manage and deliver public website content; and Resend to deliver project-inquiry messages to authorized FABCA personnel. Sanity is not used to store project inquiries or job applications.

These service providers process information on our behalf and may do so outside Canada. Information handled in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We remain responsible for personal information under our control.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. It does not use cookies or create profiles that track visitors across websites. Analytics reports may include page views, referrers, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioural advertising cookies. Names, email addresses, inquiry messages, résumés, and other form content are not sent as analytics events.

Job postings provide an email address or application destination. We use application information to evaluate candidates, communicate about opportunities, and keep appropriate recruitment records.

If a posting links to an external application service, that service's privacy terms also apply to information submitted there.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, security, and business record requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely dispose of it as appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask about the personal information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
